Before You Email
The fastest support conversations include context. If something is not working, run through this short checklist first and include the answers in your message.
- Check that you are on macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
- Restart Chapeta from the menu bar and try the action again.
- If the issue involves a model or provider, switch to another model to isolate whether it is app-side or provider-side.
- Include your app version, macOS version, and the exact prompt or workflow that failed when you contact support.
